New things are coming in 2026! The new SFS Store features an enhanced search function, faster purchases and an improved look and feel. Please note the holiday opening hours for SFS Customer Service and SFS Shop.
Opening hours during the holiday season
During the holiday season, SFS Customer Service is open as usual on most weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. On Tuesday 23 December, SFS Customer Service is open from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. SFS Customer Service is closed on Christmas (24–26 December), New Year’s Day (1 January) and Epiphany (6 January).
SFS Shop closed between 1–4 January 2026
Due to a change in the VAT rate, SFS Shop is closed from Thursday 1 January to Sunday 4 January. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. From the beginning of 2026, the VAT rate for standards and SFS handbooks will decrease to 13.5% (previously 14%).
New SFS Store to be launched on 5 January 2026
On Monday 5 January, we are launching our new service, SFS Store. In the new service, SFS Online and SFS Shop are merged into a single platform offering
- an enhanced search function
- faster purchases
- an improved look and feel on all devices.
Christmas donation
This year we have made a donation to Hope Finland, a charitable organisation that supports low-income families and families facing crises throughout Finland.
