SFS-EN 14972-1:2020 + A1:2025

Soveltamisala

Tässä asiakirjassa määritellään vaatimukset ja annetaan suosituksia, jotka koskevat kaikentyyppisten kiinteiden maalle asennettavien vesisumulaitteistojen mitoitusta, asennusta, tarkastuksia ja kunnossapitoa.
Asiakirja koskee automaattisia vesisumulaitteistoja sekä vesisumulaitteistoja, jotka toimivat itsenäisesti tai ovat erillisellä pumppauksella varustettuja.
Asiakirja kattaa ainoastaan ne käyttökohteet ja ihmisten käyttämät tilat, jotka kuuluvat standardisarjassa EN 14972 kuvattujen palotestimenettelyjen piiriin.
Tämä asiakirja ei kata räjähdyssuojaukseen tai ajoneuvojen suojaukseen liittyvää vesisumusuojausta.
Asiakirjassa ei huomioida kaikkia lainsäädännön vaatimuksia. Joissakin maissa on tarkkoja kansallisia säännöksiä, joita noudatetaan tässä asiakirjassa esitetyn sijaan. Asiakirjan käyttäjiä kehotetaan selvittämään asiakirjan soveltuvuus tai soveltumattomuus maansa viranomaisilta.
